Dear Anon,
Thank you for your layout plan.
From the looks of your building there is relatively no need for a Ba Gua mirror. Since your main door, behind it is well protected from any Sha Qi.
If there is a need to place a Ba Gua mirror, I have attached the location marked by a red dot.
