Bryan, have taken the liberty to plug your DOB details in the Pillars of Destiny module and have come up with the following:
You are a water person with 2 water,2 wood, 3 fire and 1 earth in your chart. The two wood help produce fire which weakens your main element water. Given that your door is north (water) and neighbour south (fire) she is having a negative effect on you. So, may I suggest placing something of a water nature on your door e.g.sea scape or the like.Alternatively, a metal windchime as metal assists the water element. Make the windchime small as you are so close together. Either of these will neutralise the effect of her fire as metal destroys wood which produces fire.Or water destroys fire.
Give it a go and lets know down the track what happens.
