Hello Cecil,
As you know, HDB flats provide slots outside the kitchen window for bamboo poles to be used for drying laundry. And usually the front of one block faces the kitchen of the neighbouring block, with a carpark in between the blocks. There are literally hundreds of these bamboo poles sticking out of the neighbouring HDB block at my HDB block !
In your view and experience with HDB flats, do you think these bamboo poles are a Feng Shui threat?
Thanks
