If my bedroom door is north facing into the bedroom and the bed head is facing east what can I do to help my husband sleep ! He has chronic sleep problems. His birthstar is 6Wood (born 1958)and mine is 8 Metal(born 1966). Our room is dark and full of dark furniture - at the foot of the bed is a large dresser(West), a window (south) is directly opposite the door, and another window is at the NE corner. We have a house fan that pulls all the cool night air in but I'm wondering if it's activating too much chi through the bedroom for sleeping. Any thoughts, advice or remedy possibilities.
