Dear Siew Foong,
1. One option is to plant trees within the estate. When the trees mature (and depending) on the type of tree, some trees when they mature; can grow to the height of the 5th storey / floor or higher.
2. Other `artificial' means would be to close the window.
These are the two points, I can thing of for now...
