Bamboo Curse????? (I hope this does not sound too silly)
Please help!!! I am having some problems with a bamboo plant I have. About four months ago I trimmed all the leaves off a very health and very fast growing set of three bamboo stalks I have in my bedroom. The reason I trimmed the stalks was because a friend of mine mentioned that it was hard to see the stalks of my bamboo with all the leaves. I did not think it would hurt the plant to cut off the leaves.... Within two weeks of cutting the leaves off my plant all kinds of financial mishaps started happening in my life. I was very surprisingly laid-off from my job. I had lots of unexpected repairs pop on my home and my car. It seemed like all the wealth in my life was on a downward spiral, and at the same time so was my plant... The stalks did not bounce back from the trimming as I expected they would. They became dormant, and displayed no new growth over the past four months. Yesterday I noticed two of my shoots is starting to grow new leaves. And even more surprising than that I have a completely new bamboo shoot growing up from the rocks in the vase. My question is what do I do now??? My first thought is to not touch the growth of the bamboo ever again. My second thought it that with this new shoot I now will have four bamboos shoots in this vase, isn't it better luck to have odd numbers? I am wondering if the new shoot is to replace the third shoot that does not seem to be producing any new leaves. Any suggestion would be really appreciated!!!!

User's Comments After browsing many many feng shui sites, I came to one conclusion: your site is the most sensible, reasonable and helpful one of all. I've been to sites where they want to sell you just about anything and everything. The information they are willing to give is so trivial and one senses that the only thing they are interested in is to make money and sell you products that might and might not fit in with your decor or your culture, and of course doesn't serve the purpose of curing and or enhancing. Sorry for the long message, but I have a friend who spent a fortune buying all types of figurines to cure then to enhance and then eventually all she got was more figures on her credit card and no luck! I believe that what one should do is get your advise first because it makes so much sense and it is always sincere. I also believe that people should buy things that pleases their eye and provide a sense of beauty and balance. Again sorry for the long message and thank you for a wonderful site.
