I agree with Deborah on this.
One important concept in Feng Shui is " If it no longer can be seen (the threat) it no longer becomes a threat.
Therefore, one of the easiest thing to do, e.g. a threat looking into a window is to use curtains or blinds. Blinds are a better alternative in such a situation since, one can manipulate it to filter as much light into the room (if possible).
